How to make an online claim?

We understand that filing a claim can be a stressful task, which is why we have made the process as simple and convenient as possible. 

You can now make a claim online using our new platform (in English/French only).

You can submit your claim in a few easy steps, from anywhere and at any time.

Make a claim

Can I make a travel insurance claim online?

Yes. It's quick and easy to submit a new claim online. Simply select 'Start my Travel Claim' on the home page, select the language in which your policy is written and complete the online form. Depending on the nature of your claim you will need to attach the following documents:

  • Proof of travel: An original trip booking invoice/itinerary to confirm your booking date, travel details and policy cover. Please note, we cannot accept a boarding pass.
  • Proof of event you are claiming for: Supporting evidence that substantiates the reason for your claim.
  • Invoices and/or receipts: For any pre-paid charges being claimed, for additional costs being claimed and/or to substantiate the value being claimed.

Your policy wording will list what documents you will need to provide.

Once the claim has been submitted you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail and an infographic explaining the next steps.
